ADL (عدل), meaning "Justice" in Arabic, is a legal information application intended for Lebanese law students, lawyers, and legal professionals. The App includes the following features:
Features are added, changed, and occasionally retired as the App develops; the App itself, at the moment you use it, is the accurate description of what each plan includes.
The App is available in Arabic and English, with light and dark themes.
The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App.
To access the App's features, you must create an account by providing your first name, last name, email address, phone number, country code, password, and user type (Student, Lawyer, or Other). Your email address must be verified before your account becomes active — either with a one-time code sent to you by email, or by using Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, which proves the address to us in the same way.
Signing in with Google or Apple does not replace your ADL password. Because your notes, folders, files, and contracts are end-to-end encrypted with a key derived from that password (Section 7.2), you set one regardless of how you sign in, and Section 4.3 applies to you in full.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any other person. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at contact@adlapp.org.
An ADL account may be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device automatically ends the session on the previous one. This is a security measure and a condition of use, not a fault.
Your notes, folders, files, saved references, and contracts are end-to-end encrypted (Section 7.2). The key that unlocks them is derived from your password and is held only by you — we do not have it and cannot reconstruct it. When you register, the App issues you a one-time recovery code, which is the only way to regain access to that content if you forget your password.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and your recovery code and for keeping the recovery code somewhere you can retrieve it. If you lose both, your synchronized content — including every file stored in your folders — cannot be decrypted by us or by anyone else and is permanently lost. We cannot reset, bypass, or recover it, and we accept no liability for content that becomes inaccessible for this reason. We recommend keeping your own copy of any document you cannot afford to lose.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it up to date.
The App offers a Free plan and three paid subscription plans — Essential, Pro, and Elite. Each grants access to a defined set of features and a monthly allowance of AI credits, both described in the App at the time of purchase. We may adjust the features and limits of each plan as the App evolves; a material reduction to a paid plan applies from your next renewal period, never mid-period.
New accounts may receive a one-time free trial of the Elite plan's features (currently 7 days), starting when the account's email address is verified. The trial carries the Free plan's AI credit allowance, not Elite's — it unlocks what Elite can do, not the volume of AI usage a paid Elite plan includes. It requires no payment details and does not convert automatically into a paid subscription: when it ends, your account simply returns to the Free plan. Content you created during the trial remains yours.
AI features consume credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that refreshes on your plan's monthly cycle; unused monthly credits do not carry over and have no cash value.
A request does not always cost the same. How many credits a request uses depends on how much work it takes to answer: a straightforward question costs less than one that requires deeper analysis or produces a long document, and a request the App can satisfy without calling an AI model at all — a repeated or deterministic result — may cost nothing. Credits are deducted as each request completes, and your remaining balance is shown in the App. We may change how much a given type of request costs as the underlying technology changes; the balance shown in the App is always the authoritative one. When your available credits are exhausted, AI features pause until your allowance refreshes or you purchase more.
You may buy one-time packs of extra AI credits through the Apple App Store or Google Play. These are consumable purchases, and the following applies:
Uploading files to a folder is a paid-plan feature. It is available on the Essential, Pro, and Elite plans, and during the free trial. On the Free plan you can create folders, take notes in them, and save references to laws, rulings, and AI conversations — you simply cannot add files to them.
ADL accepts PDF, Word (.docx), JPEG, PNG and WebP files. Images have their embedded metadata — including any location recorded by the camera — removed on your device before they are encrypted and uploaded, and an image that cannot be cleaned is refused rather than stored. Accepted formats may change as the App develops.
Each plan includes a storage allowance, and there is a maximum size for any single file. Both are shown in the App, which is always the authoritative statement of the current figures. The allowance is measured against the encrypted size of what you have stored, and Settings includes a storage screen where you can see your usage and remove files to free space. When your allowance is full, new uploads are declined until you free space or move to a plan with a larger one.
We may adjust storage allowances and the per-file limit as the App develops. A reduction that would affect a paid plan applies from your next renewal period, never mid-period, and we will not delete files you have already stored in order to bring you under a reduced allowance.
If you downgrade or your plan lapses, the files you have already stored are not deleted. You keep full access to read, download, export, and delete them; what you lose is the ability to add new ones until you are on a plan that permits it. We will never hold your documents hostage to a subscription.
You are responsible for the files you upload: for having the right to store and to transmit them, for their lawfulness, and for the confidentiality obligations attaching to any client material you place in them. Because your files are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot review, moderate, scan, or restore them, and we cannot verify what any file contains. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Files are deleted with your account (Section 14), and deleting a folder deletes the files stored inside it.
Paid subscriptions and credit packs are purchased through, and billed by, the Apple App Store or Google Play, under your agreement with the relevant store. Prices are displayed in the App before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through your store account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your store account on confirmation of purchase and on each renewal. We never see or store your payment card details.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal, as the stores require. Refunds for every purchase — subscriptions and credit packs alike — are handled solely by Apple or Google under their own policies, and we can neither grant nor refuse them. Cancelling or downgrading does not delete your account, the content you created, or the files you have stored (Section 5.5).
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
We may suspend access to AI features, or to the App, where we reasonably believe this section is being breached.
The App allows you to create and store notes, folders, files, saved references, contracts, and reminders ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of your User Content, including the files you upload and documents you export from the App. By storing User Content in the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store and synchronize your content — in encrypted form — for the purpose of providing the service to you. That license extends no further: we do not acquire any right to read, use, analyze, publish, or exploit your User Content, and we are technically unable to do so in any event. In particular, we do not use your User Content — and specifically not your files — to train, evaluate, or improve any artificial-intelligence model, our own or anyone else's. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content and of any document you upload, export, or use outside the App.
Your notes, folders, saved references, contracts, and the files you upload are end-to-end encrypted. They are encrypted on your device, using a key held only by you, before being transmitted to our servers, and are decrypted only on your own devices. We store unreadable ciphertext and cannot read, search, disclose, or restore your content. This applies without exception, including to support requests and to demands from third parties, for whom we can produce nothing beyond the ciphertext we hold.
This is a technical guarantee rather than a promise of good behaviour, and it cuts both ways: it means we cannot moderate, verify, recover, or repair your content, and that responsibility for what you store and for keeping your own copies rests with you.
Because we do not hold your key, content recovery is impossible on our side. Section 4.3 sets out your responsibility for your password and recovery code and the consequences of losing them. AI Agent conversations are not end-to-end encrypted — see Section 8.
Content you yourself choose to export, share, or send outside the App — including documents you export as Word files, files you share from a folder through your device's share sheet, and any document you deliberately submit to the AI Agent — leaves the protection of this encryption at the moment you do so. Once a copy is in another app, on another device, or with another person, it is outside our control and outside these protections.
The App includes an AI Agent that answers legal questions with references to Lebanese laws and rulings and, on eligible plans, assists with drafting, reviewing, and customizing contracts and templates. The AI Agent:
Reporting an answer. If the AI Agent produces an answer you find offensive, inaccurate, or harmful, please report it using the Report option shown with the answer. Reports go to us for review and help us correct the Agent; what a report contains is described in the Privacy Policy. Reporting an answer does not refund the credits that answer used.
References and citations produced by the AI Agent are provided so you can verify its answers against the underlying laws and rulings — always do so, and always verify AI-generated content with qualified legal counsel before relying on it. You are solely responsible for any use you make of AI-generated content, including any contract or document drafted or reviewed with its assistance.
Conversation history. Unlike your notes, folders, files, and contracts, AI Agent conversations are not end-to-end encrypted — the Agent must be able to read your question on our servers in order to answer it. Your conversation history is stored so that you can revisit past conversations across your devices, and is used solely to operate and enhance the AI Agent for you: maintaining the context of your conversation and improving the quality and accuracy of the answers you receive. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing, is never sold or shared for anyone else's purposes, and is deleted when your account is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
The laws, codes, and court rulings available in the App are reproduced from public sources for reference purposes. While we work to keep this content accurate and current, laws are amended and new rulings are issued over time, and we do not warrant that the content reflects the most recent state of Lebanese law. Always confirm against official publications before acting.
The App may make official ruling documents (PDFs) available for download to accounts that are entitled to them; availability of that feature varies and may change. Any document you download is stored on your device for your personal and professional reference. Such documents remain public court records; we make no ownership claim over them, and you may not redistribute them as a dataset or product of your own.
The legal locations map is an informational directory of courts, ministries, and other legal and public offices in Lebanon, including addresses and contact details. This information may change without notice; verify opening hours and contact details before relying on them. We are not affiliated with the institutions listed, and inclusion on the map does not imply any endorsement.
On iPhone and iPad the map can also show your own position, if you allow your device to share it. That is its only use: your location is read on your device to draw the map and is never transmitted to us, stored, or used for anything else (see the Privacy Policy). The map is not a navigation service and must not be relied on for routing or emergencies.
The map is provided using Google Maps, and your use of it is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the mapping imagery or data Google supplies.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality — including its design, legal templates, and software, but excluding User Content and publicly available Lebanese legal texts — are owned by Elie Abou Zeidan and protected under applicable law. Templates are provided for your use within the App; documents you complete and export based on them are yours to use.
Lebanese laws and judicial decisions reproduced in the App are public domain materials issued by Lebanese governmental authorities. We make no ownership claim over these materials.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the App, to us, or to other users. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App, by contacting us at contact@adlapp.org, or by following the steps at adlapp.org/delete-account.
What happens to your content. Deletion is permanent: your account and everything attached to it — including your encrypted notes, folders, saved references and contracts, every file stored in your folders, your AI conversations, and any unused AI credits — are removed and cannot be restored by us, not least because we cannot decrypt your content in the first place. Export or download anything you want to keep before you delete your account. Cancelling or downgrading a plan does not delete your content or your stored files, and you keep access to read and download them (Section 5.5) — but it may remove access to the features needed to open, edit, or export certain of it.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time. Some updates are required: to keep the service secure and consistent, the App may set a minimum supported version and ask you to update before continuing. If you do not, the App may stop working until you do.
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It depends on third parties — the app stores, our hosting and storage providers, and the AI provider — and may be interrupted by maintenance, an outage at any of them, or events beyond our control. Access also requires an internet connection for the features that are not offline.
You obtain the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and your use is also subject to that store's own terms. The following applies to the extent the App was obtained from the Apple App Store:
Where the App was obtained from Google Play, your use is likewise subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and Google is not a party to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to adlapp.org/terms-and-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence, where that law applies to you regardless of this clause.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it is to be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any earlier understanding on the subject.

للوصول إلى ميزات التطبيق، عليك إنشاء حساب بتقديم اسمك الأول واسم العائلة وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك ورمز الدولة وكلمة المرور ونوع المستخدم (طالب أو محامٍ أو غير ذلك). ويجب التحقّق من عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني قبل تفعيل حسابك — إمّا برمز يُرسل إليك لمرة واحدة بالبريد الإلكتروني، أو باستخدام تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple، وهو ما يُثبت العنوان لدينا بالطريقة نفسها.
تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple لا يحلّ محلّ كلمة مرور «عدل». ولأن ملاحظاتك ومجلداتك وملفاتك وعقودك مشفَّرة من طرف إلى طرف بمفتاح مشتقّ من تلك الكلمة (القسم 7.2)، فإنك تختار كلمة مرور بصرف النظر عن طريقة تسجيل الدخول، وينطبق عليك القسم 4.3 بالكامل.
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرّية بيانات دخولك. وحسابك شخصي لك ولا يجوز مشاركته مع أي شخص آخر أو بيعه أو نقله إليه. وعليك إبلاغنا فوراً بأي وصول غير مصرَّح به إلى حسابك على contact@adlapp.org.
يمكن تسجيل الدخول إلى حساب «عدل» على جهاز واحد في كل مرة. وتسجيل الدخول على جهاز جديد يُنهي تلقائياً الجلسة على الجهاز السابق. وهذا إجراء أمني وشرط من شروط الاستخدام، لا خلل.
ملاحظاتك ومجلداتك وملفاتك ومراجعك المحفوظة وعقودك مشفَّرة من طرف إلى طرف (القسم 7.2). والمفتاح الذي يفتحها مشتقّ من كلمة مرورك وتملكه أنت وحدك — فنحن لا نملكه ولا يمكننا إعادة تكوينه. وعند التسجيل، يمنحك التطبيق رمز استرجاع لمرة واحدة، وهو الوسيلة الوحيدة لاستعادة الوصول إلى ذلك المحتوى إذا نسيت كلمة مرورك.
وأنت وحدك المسؤول عن حماية كلمة مرورك ورمز الاسترجاع وعن حفظ الرمز في مكان يمكنك الرجوع إليه. وإذا فقدتهما معاً، فإن محتواك المتزامن — بما في ذلك كل ملف مخزَّن في مجلداتك — لا يمكن فكّ تشفيره لا من قِبلنا ولا من قِبل أي جهة أخرى، ويُفقد نهائياً. ولا يمكننا إعادة تعيينه أو تجاوزه أو استرجاعه، ولا نتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن محتوى يصبح غير قابل للوصول لهذا السبب. ونوصي بالاحتفاظ بنسختك الخاصة من أي مستند لا يمكنك تحمّل فقدانه.
توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وحديثة وكاملة عند التسجيل وعلى إبقائها محدَّثة.
يقدّم التطبيق اشتراكاً مجانياً وثلاثة اشتراكات مدفوعة — Essential وPro وElite. ويمنح كل منها الوصول إلى مجموعة محدّدة من الميزات ورصيداً شهرياً من نقاط الذكاء الاصطناعي، وكلاهما موصوف داخل التطبيق وقت الشراء. وقد نعدّل ميزات كل اشتراك وحدوده مع تطوّر التطبيق؛ وأي تقليص جوهري لاشتراك مدفوع يسري اعتباراً من فترة التجديد التالية، ولا يسري أبداً في منتصف الفترة.
قد تحصل الحسابات الجديدة على تجربة مجانية لمرة واحدة لميزات اشتراك Elite (سبعة أيام حالياً)، تبدأ عند التحقّق من عنوان البريد الإلكتروني للحساب. وتحمل هذه التجربة رصيد نقاط الاشتراك المجاني، لا رصيد Elite — فهي تفتح ما يستطيع Elite فعله، لا حجم الاستخدام الذي يتضمّنه اشتراك Elite المدفوع. ولا تتطلّب أي بيانات دفع، ولا تتحوّل تلقائياً إلى اشتراك مدفوع: فعند انتهائها يعود حسابك ببساطة إلى الاشتراك المجاني. ويبقى المحتوى الذي أنشأته خلال التجربة ملكاً لك.
تستهلك ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي نقاطاً. ويتضمّن كل اشتراك رصيداً شهرياً يتجدّد وفق الدورة الشهرية لاشتراكك؛ والنقاط الشهرية غير المستخدَمة لا تُرحَّل وليست لها قيمة نقدية.
لا يكلّف كل طلب المبلغ نفسه. فعدد النقاط التي يستهلكها الطلب يتوقّف على حجم العمل اللازم للإجابة عنه: السؤال المباشر يكلّف أقل من سؤال يتطلّب تحليلاً أعمق أو ينتج مستنداً طويلاً، والطلب الذي يستطيع التطبيق تلبيته من دون استدعاء نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي إطلاقاً — كنتيجة مكرّرة أو محدّدة سلفاً — قد لا يكلّف شيئاً. وتُخصم النقاط مع اكتمال كل طلب، ورصيدك المتبقّي ظاهر داخل التطبيق. وقد نغيّر كلفة نوع معيّن من الطلبات مع تغيّر التقنية الأساسية؛ ويبقى الرصيد الظاهر في التطبيق هو المرجع دائماً. وعند استنفاد نقاطك المتاحة، تتوقّف ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي مؤقتاً حتى يتجدّد رصيدك أو تشتري المزيد.
يمكنك شراء حزم نقاط إضافية لمرة واحدة عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play. وهذه مشتريات استهلاكية، وينطبق عليها ما يلي:
رفع الملفات إلى مجلد ميزة من ميزات الاشتراكات المدفوعة. وهي متاحة في اشتراكات Essential وPro وElite، وخلال التجربة المجانية. أما في الاشتراك المجاني فيمكنك إنشاء المجلدات وتدوين الملاحظات فيها وحفظ مراجع للقوانين والأحكام ومحادثات الذكاء الاصطناعي — غير أنك لا تستطيع إضافة ملفات إليها.
يقبل «عدل» ملفات PDF وWord (.docx) وJPEG وPNG وWebP. وتُزال البيانات الوصفية المضمّنة في الصور — بما فيها أي موقع سجّلته الكاميرا — على جهازك قبل تشفيرها ورفعها، والصورة التي يتعذّر تنظيفها تُرفض بدل أن تُخزَّن. وقد تتغيّر الصيغ المقبولة مع تطوّر التطبيق.
يتضمّن كل اشتراك مساحة تخزين مخصّصة، وهناك حدّ أقصى لحجم الملف الواحد. وكلاهما ظاهر في التطبيق، وهو المرجع الدائم للأرقام السارية. وتُقاس المساحة على أساس الحجم المشفَّر لما خزّنته، وتتضمّن الإعدادات شاشة تخزين ترى فيها استهلاكك وتحذف ملفات لتحرير مساحة. وعند امتلاء مساحتك تُرفض عمليات الرفع الجديدة حتى تحرّر مساحة أو تنتقل إلى اشتراك بمساحة أكبر.
وقد نعدّل مساحات التخزين وحدّ حجم الملف الواحد مع تطوّر التطبيق. وأي تقليص يمسّ اشتراكاً مدفوعاً يسري اعتباراً من فترة التجديد التالية، ولا يسري أبداً في منتصف الفترة، ولن نحذف ملفات خزّنتها سابقاً لإدخالك ضمن مساحة مخفَّضة.
إذا انتقلت إلى اشتراك أدنى أو انتهى اشتراكك، فلن تُحذف الملفات التي خزّنتها. تبقى لك صلاحية كاملة لقراءتها وتنزيلها وتصديرها وحذفها؛ وما تفقده هو إمكانية إضافة ملفات جديدة إلى أن تصبح على اشتراك يتيح ذلك. ولن نحتجز مستنداتك رهينةً لاشتراك أبداً.
وأنت مسؤول عن الملفات التي ترفعها: عن امتلاكك حقّ تخزينها ونقلها، وعن مشروعيّتها، وعن واجبات السرّية المرتبطة بأي مواد تخصّ موكّليك تضعها فيها. ولأن ملفاتك مشفَّرة من طرف إلى طرف، فلا يمكننا مراجعتها أو الإشراف عليها أو فحصها أو استرجاعها، ولا يمكننا التحقّق ممّا يحتويه أي ملف. فاحتفظ بنسختك الخاصة من كل ما لا يمكنك تحمّل فقدانه. وتُحذف الملفات مع حسابك (القسم 14)، وحذف مجلد يحذف الملفات المخزَّنة داخله.
تُشترى الاشتراكات المدفوعة وحزم النقاط عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play وتُحصَّل قيمتها من قِبلهما، بموجب اتفاقك مع المتجر المعني. وتُعرض الأسعار في التطبيق قبل تأكيد الشراء. وتُجدَّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً في نهاية كل فترة فوترة ما لم تُلغَ من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من تاريخ التجديد. وتُحصَّل القيمة من حسابك في المتجر عند تأكيد الشراء وعند كل تجديد. ونحن لا نرى بيانات بطاقتك المصرفية ولا نخزّنها إطلاقاً.
يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك في Apple App Store أو Google Play؛ وتحتفظ بالوصول إلى الميزات المدفوعة حتى نهاية فترة الفوترة الجارية. والترقيات تسري فوراً؛ أما الانتقال إلى اشتراك أدنى فيسري عند التجديد التالي، وفق ما تشترطه المتاجر. وتُدار عمليات الاسترداد لكل المشتريات — الاشتراكات وحزم النقاط على السواء — حصراً من قِبل Apple أو Google وفق سياساتهما، ولا يمكننا منحها ولا رفضها. والإلغاء أو الانتقال إلى اشتراك أدنى لا يحذف حسابك ولا المحتوى الذي أنشأته ولا الملفات التي خزّنتها (القسم 5.5).

يتيح لك التطبيق إنشاء وتخزين الملاحظات والمجلدات والملفات والمراجع المحفوظة والعقود والتذكيرات («محتوى المستخدم»). وتحتفظ بالملكية الكاملة لمحتواك، بما في ذلك الملفات التي ترفعها والمستندات التي تصدّرها من التطبيق. وبتخزين محتواك في التطبيق، تمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً غير حصري يقتصر على تخزين محتواك ومزامنته — بشكل مشفَّر — لغرض تقديم الخدمة إليك. ولا يمتدّ هذا الترخيص إلى أبعد من ذلك: فنحن لا نكتسب أي حقّ في قراءة محتواك أو استخدامه أو تحليله أو نشره أو استثماره، ونحن عاجزون تقنياً عن ذلك على أي حال. وبوجه خاص، لا نستخدم محتواك — ولا ملفاتك تحديداً — لتدريب أي نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي، لنا أو لغيرنا، أو لتقييمه أو تحسينه. وأنت وحدك المسؤول عن دقة محتواك ومشروعيّته وعن أي مستند ترفعه أو تصدّره أو تستخدمه خارج التطبيق.
ملاحظاتك ومجلداتك ومراجعك المحفوظة وعقودك والملفات التي ترفعها مشفَّرة من طرف إلى طرف. تُشفَّر على جهازك، بمفتاح تملكه أنت وحدك، قبل إرسالها إلى خوادمنا، ولا تُفكّ إلا على أجهزتك أنت. ونحن نخزّن نصّاً مشفَّراً غير قابل للقراءة ولا يمكننا قراءة محتواك أو البحث فيه أو إفشاؤه أو استرجاعه. وينطبق ذلك بلا استثناء، بما في ذلك على طلبات الدعم وعلى مطالبات الغير، الذين لا يمكننا أن نقدّم لهم سوى النصّ المشفَّر الذي نحوزه.
وهذا ضمان تقني لا مجرّد وعد بحسن التصرّف، وهو سلاح ذو حدّين: فهو يعني أننا لا نستطيع مراجعة محتواك أو التحقّق منه أو استرجاعه أو إصلاحه، وأن مسؤولية ما تخزّنه والاحتفاظ بنسخك الخاصة تقع عليك.
ولأننا لا نملك مفتاحك، فاسترجاع المحتوى مستحيل من جهتنا. ويحدّد القسم 4.3 مسؤوليتك عن كلمة مرورك ورمز الاسترجاع وتبعات فقدانهما. أما محادثات المساعد الذكي فليست مشفَّرة من طرف إلى طرف — راجع القسم 8.
والمحتوى الذي تختار أنت تصديره أو مشاركته أو إرساله خارج التطبيق — بما في ذلك المستندات التي تصدّرها كملفات Word، والملفات التي تشاركها من مجلد عبر خيار المشاركة في جهازك، وأي مستند تقدّمه عمداً إلى المساعد الذكي — يخرج من حماية هذا التشفير لحظة قيامك بذلك. وما إن تصبح نسخة منه في تطبيق آخر أو على جهاز آخر أو لدى شخص آخر، فإنها تخرج عن سيطرتنا وعن نطاق هذه الحماية.
يتضمّن التطبيق مساعداً ذكياً يجيب عن الأسئلة القانونية مع الإحالة إلى القوانين والأحكام اللبنانية، ويساعد في الاشتراكات المؤهَّلة في صياغة العقود والنماذج ومراجعتها وتكييفها. والمساعد الذكي:
الإبلاغ عن إجابة. إذا أنتج المساعد الذكي إجابة تجدها مسيئة أو غير دقيقة أو ضارّة، فيُرجى الإبلاغ عنها باستخدام خيار الإبلاغ الظاهر مع الإجابة. وتصلنا البلاغات للمراجعة وتساعدنا على تصحيح المساعد؛ ومحتوى البلاغ موصوف في سياسة الخصوصية. والإبلاغ عن إجابة لا يعيد النقاط التي استُخدمت فيها.
وتُقدَّم المراجع والإحالات التي ينتجها المساعد الذكي لتتمكّن من التحقّق من إجاباته بالرجوع إلى القوانين والأحكام الأصلية — فافعل ذلك دائماً، وتحقّق دائماً من المحتوى المولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي مع مستشار قانوني مؤهَّل قبل الاعتماد عليه. وأنت وحدك المسؤول عن أي استخدام تقوم به للمحتوى المولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي، بما في ذلك أي عقد أو مستند صيغ أو رُوجع بمساعدته.
سجل المحادثات. خلافاً لملاحظاتك ومجلداتك وملفاتك وعقودك، فإن محادثات المساعد الذكي ليست مشفَّرة من طرف إلى طرف — إذ يجب أن يتمكّن المساعد من قراءة سؤالك على خوادمنا كي يجيب عنه. ويُحفظ سجل محادثاتك لتتمكّن من العودة إلى محادثاتك السابقة عبر أجهزتك، ويُستخدم حصراً لتشغيل المساعد الذكي وتحسينه من أجلك: للحفاظ على سياق محادثتك ولتحسين جودة الإجابات التي تتلقّاها ودقّتها. ولا يُستخدم للإعلان أو التنميط أو التسويق، ولا يُباع أو يُشارَك أبداً لأغراض أي جهة أخرى، ويُحذف عند حذف حسابك. راجع سياسة الخصوصية للتفاصيل الكاملة.
القوانين والمجموعات القانونية والأحكام القضائية المتاحة في التطبيق مستنسخة من مصادر عامة لأغراض مرجعية. ومع أننا نعمل على إبقاء هذا المحتوى دقيقاً ومحدَّثاً، فإن القوانين تُعدَّل وتصدر أحكام جديدة مع الوقت، ولا نضمن أن المحتوى يعكس أحدث حالة للقانون اللبناني. فتأكّد دائماً بالرجوع إلى المنشورات الرسمية قبل التصرّف.
وقد يتيح التطبيق تنزيل مستندات الأحكام الرسمية (ملفات PDF) للحسابات المخوّلة بذلك؛ وتوافر هذه الميزة يتفاوت وقد يتغيّر. وأي مستند تنزّله يُخزَّن على جهازك لمرجعك الشخصي والمهني. وتبقى هذه المستندات سجلات قضائية عامة؛ ولا ندّعي أي ملكية عليها، ولا يجوز لك إعادة توزيعها كمجموعة بيانات أو منتج خاص بك.
خريطة المواقع القانونية دليل إرشادي للمحاكم والوزارات وسائر المكاتب القانونية والعامة في لبنان، بما في ذلك العناوين وبيانات التواصل. وقد تتغيّر هذه المعلومات من دون إشعار؛ فتحقّق من أوقات الدوام وبيانات التواصل قبل الاعتماد عليها. ولسنا على صلة بالمؤسسات المدرَجة، ووجودها على الخريطة لا يعني أي تزكية.
وعلى iPhone وiPad يمكن للخريطة أن تُظهر موقعك أنت أيضاً، إذا سمحت لجهازك بمشاركته. وهذا استخدامه الوحيد: يُقرأ موقعك على جهازك لرسم الخريطة ولا يُرسَل إلينا أبداً ولا يُخزَّن ولا يُستخدم لأي غرض آخر (راجع سياسة الخصوصية). والخريطة ليست خدمة ملاحة ولا يجوز الاعتماد عليها في تحديد المسارات أو في الحالات الطارئة.
وتُقدَّم الخريطة باستخدام خرائط Google، ويخضع استخدامك لها أيضاً لشروط Google وسياسة خصوصيتها. ولسنا مسؤولين عن صور الخرائط أو البيانات التي توفّرها Google.
التطبيق ومحتواه الأصلي وميزاته ووظائفه — بما في ذلك تصميمه ونماذجه القانونية وبرمجياته، باستثناء محتوى المستخدم والنصوص القانونية اللبنانية المتاحة للعموم — مملوكة لإيلي أبو زيدان ومحميّة بموجب القوانين السارية. وتُقدَّم النماذج لاستخدامك داخل التطبيق؛ أما المستندات التي تكملها وتصدّرها استناداً إليها فهي لك تستخدمها كما تشاء.
القوانين والقرارات القضائية اللبنانية المستنسخة في التطبيق مواد في الملك العام صادرة عن السلطات الحكومية اللبنانية. ولا ندّعي أي ملكية عليها.
يجوز لنا تعليق حسابك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو أتيت سلوكاً نرى بشكل معقول أنه ضارّ بالتطبيق أو بنا أو بالمستخدمين الآخرين. وحيث تسمح الظروف، سنبيّن لك السبب ونمنحك فرصة لتصحيح الأمر.
ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق، أو بمراسلتنا على contact@adlapp.org، أو باتّباع الخطوات على adlapp.org/delete-account.
ماذا يحدث لمحتواك. الحذف نهائي: فحسابك وكل ما يتصل به — بما في ذلك ملاحظاتك ومجلداتك ومراجعك المحفوظة وعقودك المشفَّرة، وكل ملف مخزَّن في مجلداتك، ومحادثاتك مع الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأي نقاط غير مستخدَمة — تُزال ولا يمكننا استرجاعها، لأسباب ليس أقلّها أننا لا نستطيع أصلاً فكّ تشفير محتواك. فصدّر أو نزّل كل ما تريد الاحتفاظ به قبل حذف حسابك. أما إلغاء الاشتراك أو الانتقال إلى اشتراك أدنى فإنه لا يحذف محتواك ولا ملفاتك المخزَّنة، وتبقى قادراً على قراءتها وتنزيلها (القسم 5.5) — لكنه قد يُلغي وصولك إلى الميزات اللازمة لفتح بعضها أو تعديله أو تصديره.
يجوز لنا تحديث ميزات التطبيق أو تغييرها أو إيقافها في أي وقت. وبعض التحديثات إلزامي: فحفاظاً على أمن الخدمة واتساقها، قد يحدّد التطبيق حدّاً أدنى للإصدار المدعوم ويطلب منك التحديث قبل المتابعة. وإذا لم تفعل، فقد يتوقّف التطبيق عن العمل حتى تحدّثه.
ونسعى لإبقاء التطبيق متاحاً لكننا لا نضمن استمرار الخدمة من دون انقطاع. فهو يعتمد على أطراف ثالثة — متاجر التطبيقات، ومزوّدي الاستضافة والتخزين لدينا، ومزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي — وقد ينقطع بسبب الصيانة أو عطل لدى أي منهم أو أحداث خارجة عن إرادتنا. كما يتطلّب الوصول اتصالاً بالإنترنت للميزات التي لا تعمل دون اتصال.
تحصل على التطبيق عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play، ويخضع استخدامك أيضاً لشروط ذلك المتجر. وينطبق ما يلي بقدر ما يكون التطبيق قد جرى الحصول عليه من Apple App Store:
وحيث جرى الحصول على التطبيق من Google Play، يخضع استخدامك كذلك لشروط خدمة Google Play، وليست Google طرفاً في هذه الشروط.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من حين إلى آخر. وتسري التعديلات فور نشرها على adlapp.org/terms-and-conditions مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث». ويشكّل استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق قبولاً بالشروط المعدَّلة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الجمهورية اللبنانية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها. وتخضع أي نزاعات تنشأ بموجبها للاختصاص الحصري للمحاكم اللبنانية. ولا يُسقط أي بند في هذه الشروط أي حقّ يخوّلك إياه قانون حماية المستهلك الآمر في بلد إقامتك، حيث ينطبق ذلك القانون عليك بصرف النظر عن هذا البند.
إذا اعتُبر أي بند من هذه الشروط باطلاً أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فيُحدّ نطاقه أو يُفصل بالقدر الأدنى اللازم، وتبقى سائر البنود نافذة بالكامل. وعدم إنفاذنا لأي بند لا يُعدّ تنازلاً عنه. وتشكّل هذه الشروط، مع سياسة الخصوصية، كامل الاتفاق بينك وبيننا بشأن التطبيق وتحلّ محلّ أي تفاهم سابق في الموضوع.
